I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was fantastic, right beside the harbor, making it super convenient for ferry rides. The staff went above and beyond to assist us which was greatly appreciated. However, the rooms were in need of refurbishment and felt a bit cramped. The breakfast was decent but could benefit from more variety.

I had a nice stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located right beside the harbor, perfect for catching a ferry to the nearby islands. The rooms were small but clean, though a bit noisy at night. The hotel boasts a great location, just a short walk from the Monorail station and near the ferry port for island trips. The rooms are average-sized and generally clean, but I noticed a funky smell, which was a bit off-putting. While the dining options were decent, they could definitely be more varied, and I found the laundry facilities to be a hassle with the drying times required.
